Woodwind Servicing & Repairs

Servicing & repairing of all woodwind instruments are carried out in our Bristol workshop

Most repairs are completed within a week of being left with us, & if you need an urgent repair, we can normally assist

You might think that repairs carried out by a shop would be more expensive than by using an independent repairer, but we are regularly told that this is not the case

Please note that we do not have a fixed charge for servicing, but charge for our time, plus any parts necessary

These are the results of a recent analysis, & are the average prices for a woodwind instrument service

Of the last 41 flutes serviced, the average price was £27.48

Of the last 35 clarinets serviced, the average price was £27.93

Of the last 50 saxophones serviced, the average price was £36.31

To clarify, what we do in a service is to put an instrument in playing order, & these prices are not for a full overhaul
